At Rally Van, we take pride in having open conversation with potential clients during the design process. We are a small company and value the personal interactions during the design phase. Although many custom vans on the market share some design aspects, we believe everything from the layout to components should be tailored to your adventure ideals. To that end, our vans are 100% customized to each client's needs, leading to a one of a kind design.

The majority of our builds have been on the Mercedes Sprinter 4x4 chassis. We believe the Sprinter offers the best in class build quality, reliability, off-road prowess, and resale value. That being said, we have built on the smaller Mercedes Metris platform with great results and are open to designing for an alternative chassis as well.

Rally Van owner, Chris Boice, works with each client on interior aesthetic and layout based on discussions of intended use and Preference. Through these conversations, Rally Van can recommend specific accessories and layouts that best suit each client. At Rally Van, we have focused on building high quality vans with premium parts and materials, to provide trouble free luxury adventure travel.
